Refund policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Humble & Faithful. If you encounter any issue with your order, we'll do our best to make it right.
Our Guarantee
Our hope is that you'll love what you ordered, however if something doesn't work out, we'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for free exchanges within 30 days from the original shipping date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email returns@humbleandfaithful.com with a photo of the damaged item(s) and we will assist you with your inquiry.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We incur a $5 handling fee on all refunds.
If you're approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at returns@humbleandfaithful.com.
Hassle Free Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please file a return here.
Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
International return postage must be paid for by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges Address:
Because we do not cover the return shipping, it isn't recommended to ship from a FedEx or UPS store as they are much more expensive. Please be sure to make your return out to the address below:
